Greater Orange Community Arts Theater (“GOCAT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. GOCAT is a general audience web site (“Site”), intended for users of all ages. Personal information of all users is collected, used and disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Collection of your Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)

We collect PII that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Site, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, participating in activities on the Site or otherwise contacting us. GOCAT collects PII, such as a user’s email address, name, home or work address, and telephone number when users make donations.  If you choose to make online donations, we will collect additional PII, including your credit card number and billing address, in order to process the transaction.

Use of your Personally Identifiable Information

GOCAT collects and uses your PII to deliver the services you have requested (such as email correspondences and credit card billing). GOCAT does not use or disclose any PII without your explicit consent.

GOCAT may contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

GOCAT does not sell, rent, exchange or lease its customer lists to third parties.   We may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the PII they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

If you make an online donation, you will be automatically re-routed to Donor Perfect website. This third-party website does not does not sell, rent, exchange or lease your PII. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the website to charge the payment method you provided for the amount specified in the Transaction Amount field. Account information for Recurring Pledges/Monthly Giving is encrypted and stored securely via SafeSave™ for automatic processing of your future payments. Notify us at anytime if you wish to discontinue your pledge. If you would like to make any changes to or cancel your donation, please contact Donor Perfect via phone at (215) 628-4343 or email at legal@softerware.com.

GOCAT may access and/or disclose your PII if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on GOCAT or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of GOCAT; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of GOCAT services or members of the public.

PII collected on this Site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which GOCAT or its subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using this site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Control your Personally Identifiable Information

GOCAT offers choices for the collection, use and sharing of PII. You may choose not to receive marketing material from GOCAT. You may also stop the delivery of future promotional email from GOCAT by following the specific instructions in the email you receive. The instructions explain how to stop receiving such emails.

There are some GOCAT services that send out periodic emails informing you of technical service issues, service surveys, new feature announcements, and news about GOCAT products and services. You will not be able to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered a part of the service you have chosen.

Security of your Personally Identifiable Information

GOCAT is committed to protecting the security of your PII. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your PII from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the PII you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
 

Collection of Your Non-Personally Identifiable Information

When you visit the Site, we also collect certain aggregate and non-personally identifiable information ("Non-PII"), as described below. This information does not relate to a single identifiable visitor instead it assists us in tracking aggregate user traffic on the Site and what pages were accessed.

Web Beacons

Pages on our Site may contain "web beacons" (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). Web beacons allow third parties to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, the type of browser used to view the page, and the information in cookies set by the third party. We use log files to store the data that is collected through web beacons.

The Company may aggregate PII, Non-PII, Web Beacon Information, and Cookie Information in order to create a profile of a user or users of the Site.

Credit Card Transactions

If you provide us with information for credit card purchases for payments through the Site, we will treat your credit card information in a secure manner.

Children's Privacy

This Website is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on this Website. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on this Website, we will delete the information from our records. You must be at least twenty-one to use this Website.

Opt-Out Policy

You may exercise your option to not receive any future communications from us by contacting us at info@gocat4all.org. Subscribers should note that unsubscribing from the Site' electronic mailings will not automatically unsubscribe you from any communications you have elected to receive from our partners or other third parties. Please note that you may still receive information from third parties to whom we have disclosed your information to prior to the time you opted-out. You should contact each third party in the event that you no longer want to receive information from such party.
